Our story
Rate My Care was founded by Arish Rehman and Anum Butt — two NHS surgeons who experienced firsthand how patient feedback gets lost in the system. Despite hospitals collecting millions of responses every year, the data rarely reached the teams who could act on it. The NHS is data-rich but insight-poor.
We built Rate My Care to close that gap: a platform that doesn't just collect feedback, but uses AI to turn it into specific, actionable improvements that NHS teams can implement immediately.
Arish Rehman
